JENNIFER HORNYAK

Contemporary painter Jennifer Hornyak was born in Grimsby, Great Britain, in 1940. She studied at the Grimsby School of Art from 1957 to 1959 and moved to Canada in 1961. Jennifer Hornyak is known for her technique, which blends abstraction and figuration. She uses geometric elements and abstract compositions.

Jennifer Hornyak is known for her colorful still lifes (turquoise, emerald green, pink, coral, orange, etc.) and especially for her floral compositions. She uses vibrant colors and a rich palette, highlighting fluid forms that seem to evoke movement and introspection.
